How it works
From a coin in your wallet to a card in your dashboard
Five stages, each one visible in your account. Here is what happens at every step — and what you can do to keep it quick.
-
Stage
01
Account
Create and protect your account
Register with your name and email, then open the confirmation link we send. Before the dashboard unlocks you connect an authenticator app — Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Aegis or similar — and save your recovery codes somewhere offline.
- Takes about two minutes
- Recovery codes work once each
- Two-factor sign-in cannot be disabled
-
Stage
02
Order
Choose the balance and how you will pay
Open “Get a card”, type the balance you want to spend and pick the coin and network from the list. The page shows the load fee (15%), the issuance fee ($5.00) and the total. When you continue, that total is fixed on our server.
- Cards from $10.00 to $5,000.00
- One card per order
- Optional name for the card

Stage
03
Payment
Pay the total in crypto
With a hosted checkout option you are sent to the payment page, which shows the address and exact coin amount; the payment is confirmed to us automatically. With a wallet-transfer option you send the total to the address on screen and paste the transaction ID.
- Add your exchange withdrawal fee on top
- Use only the network shown
- Closed the page? Continue from “My Orders”

04
Review
A person checks the order
Confirmed orders show “Paid – awaiting card”. A team member compares the amount received with the order, then issues the card. If the amount does not match, the order is flagged and we contact you instead of guessing.
- Once your payment is confirmed, a team member usually issues the card within a few hours.
- Status changes are emailed
- Short payments are never auto-approved

05
Card
Reveal the details and spend
The card appears in “My Cards” with its balance, expiry date and billing address. To see the full number and security code, enter a fresh authenticator code — the details hide themselves again after a minute.
- Prepaid: spend up to the balance
- Not reloadable — order another card
- Unused balance can be refunded
Fewer delays
Small habits that keep an order moving
Almost every slow order has one of these causes. Avoid them and the review is usually a formality.
Send the full total
Many exchanges deduct their fee from the amount you send. Check the “amount received” line before confirming.
Match the network
An address on one network can look valid on another. Pick exactly the network shown next to the address.
Keep the TXID
For wallet transfers, copy the transaction hash from your wallet or exchange history and paste it in full.
One payment per order
Splitting a total across several transfers makes matching slower. Send it in one go when you can.

Your first card is a few steps away
Setting up an account and your authenticator takes a couple of minutes. After that, ordering takes one.
