You pay the balance you want on the card, plus two clearly labelled fees. The exact total is calculated by our server and fixed before you pay.

What is not on the list
- No monthly or annual fee
- No charge for an unused balance
- No fee for revealing card details
- No extra cost for paying on one network instead of another
Blockchain network fees and your exchange's withdrawal fee are charged by them, not by us. Make sure the amount that arrives covers the full total.

Refunds
When balance comes back
Refunds cover card balance only. Fees are never returned.
Unused card
Full balance
A card that was never charged is refunded in full, with no commission.
Used card
−10%
Only when at least $500.00 remains. The card is closed and the balance returned minus the commission.
